Price Changes
All prices subject to change without notice.
Returned Goods
Any item returned for credit must be pre-authorized in writing and then sent pre-paid.
Claims
Any claim for loss, damage, or shortage of a shipment must be made in writing within 10 days of invoice date.
Defective Goods
Any item claimed to be defective must be returned to factory for inspection. Items found to be defective by being abused or altered will be fixed only at claimant's expense. Defects caused by our materials or workmanship will be immediately replaced or credited.
Safe Use
All our tools shall be used only where permitted by law or governmental ordinances and shall be used in strict conformity with safe practices. Specifications of our tools are subject to change without notice.
