The Fanno No. 9s blade was designed for larger cuts. This blade was designed for the utility industry over sixty years ago to meet the needs of line clearing. The No. 9s works best in cuts over 3" in diameter.

 Socket Head (ASH-t, ASH-rd)
This is a round Socket Head made of cast aluminum alloy for lightness and strength. Double hook arrangement adds to its versatility. Fanno, Fanno-International, as well as most other companies blades will mount securely to this mounting system.
