Returned Goods

Any item returned for credit must be pre-authorized in writing and then sent pre-paid.

Claims

Any claim for loss, damage, or shortage of a shipment must be made in writing within 10 days of invoice date.

Defective Goods

Any item claimed to be defective must be returned to factory for inspection. Items found to be defective by being abused or altered will be fixed only at claimant's expense. Defects caused by our materials or workmanship will be immediately replaced or credited.
